Lust Shards is a brand new NSFW Furry Visual Novel, focused on a fantasy romance academy story.
Chapter 1
ALVY'S DAY 3 IS OUT!!!
HOW TO ACCESS ALVY:
In the route split choose the 4th option "I don't feel like talking to anyone".
After that it is required that you complete Therium's route to access the newest update.
When the loop happens at the end of Therium's route, simply choose the second option.
If you already played day 1 you'll have the option to skip it and go straight to day 2.
If you played the second day you can jump to the 3rd.
3 of 4 paths are currently completed for Chapter 1 and part 2/3 of the 4th path.
This world is filled with Nightfallen, monsters driven by lust and magic, that must be dealt with by Hunters, through whichever means necessary.
Having been scouted by a prestigious academy for Hunters, you embark on your new life, little did you know, your abilities and looks would catch the eye of a lot of people here, for better or worse. You'll meet a wide cast of characters with 4 main paths, each with their own quirks and personalities, choose your path and get them to love you!
This year, it's just your luck, because the new headmaster is implementing a new start of the year test, to filter out the weak and leave the strong, who knows why? Maybe you'll find out.
If you do not manage to pass the test, then you can say goodbye to your love interests, all that while trying to figure out the secrets of the academy and your new 'imaginary' friend.

Love the vn! Unfortunetly Alvy's route left me speechless and I cant continue playing, I will consider it my headcannon ending, the happy part at least

ngl most characters from the amount I played like it was just boring and the alleyway fucking was the most cliche thing you can pull in a NSFW visual novel that it just killed the mood of my enjoyment which sucks because I like the main character and the demon’s banter but every other character was poorly written
But for real I hate that alleyway scene so much it generally ruined my night which is fine it happens

Yes but I generally loved the writing of the main character and the demon so there was things that were my cup of tea so you clearly missed my point and used the basic neutral form of criticism when I was just pointing at good criticism as when you love something you give it good criticism though I decided to go back and tweak it so it's more respectful that was on my part as it was late and I was emotional but I stand by what I said
Well since you're the creator as I checked can you at least see where I am coming from after I edited out the stuff that I shouldn't have wrote as I was emotional at the time because like I said I think the game has great potential the art is great too ill give it that I was coming as both a fan of FVM, a writer, and someone who appreciates a unique plot that I usually don't see plus the nsfw stuff I don't have a problem with I've played plenty of them my god but uh if the writing and how you get to them isn't good it hurts the nsfw content itself at least from what I've played in my time in the FVN genre I do apologize for the insults like I said that was on me I'll do my best to uh give criticism more respectfully than emotionally

just finished Tate and Alvys route and this honestly is one of my favorite vns i've read so far but i gotta ask. if this is chapter one then how many chapters will there be in total, also if there is one set already what month do you reckon the next update will be out? no worries if there isnt a day or month set in stone yet tho, i just like to keep my calendar as full as possible.

this is my favorite visual novel of all time, and i have played a lot, furry and not. the tate route in particular has some of the cutest moments ive ever experienced. and alvy's is really going deep with the storytelling. i cant wait to see where scribbles' route takes us.
your art is truly great. i have very specific tastes with regards to furry art and you are one of ~10 artists whose stuff i really like. so yeah this game is awesome and highly recommended, i think even if you are not a furry you might enjoy this high fantasy romance dating sim!

Okay bit of a niche thingy here but there's a few songs in this that get used in a Minecraft music changing mod and hearing it not in Minecraft is messing with me 😭

Dear Mind of Fur,
I don't know what I was expecting when I downloaded Lust Shards; I'm usually not a huge fan of visual novels -- or dating sims, or even romance novels. But reading it turned out to be very enjoyable, more so than any other VN I've seen. As I went through everything in the last tenday, I was especially impressed by your progress in art, writing, and story-telling, that each new route became evidently better in every regard. The artwork and character-writing in the latest route are simply beautiful -- not to mention they are also adequately hornier, quite to my taste. What I really want to say is, thank you for this fantastic story, keep them coming!
If I may make some suggestions:
1. Some actual actions with the main love interests in chapter 2, please? I just hope it wouldn't take a decade for us to see what's under Tate's jockstraps.
2. I think a new cover art may get you some new traffic; the current one really doesn't reflect the state of your art. It's a main reason I saw this game recommended a few times but didn't consider trying until now.

I think is just difficult because is a huge update (Scribble's route finally) so he/she/they(idk, sorry) need more time.
Also, if I'm not mistaked, they were with the school things and that (sorry for the bad english and my poor word's selection)

Sharing a name with one of the side characters was certainly an experience, only very confusing at times. xD
God to start off, I genuinely love this VN and its characters. It’s hard to say who’s my favorite, as everyone has a story to tell and secrets to share. Lust Shards, even with so many NSFW scenes, doesn’t fall behind in its storytelling and fleshing out its characters.
Spoilers regarding the 4th path
I’ve very much already read all the paths you can take in Lust Shards 1.6, so I may have lied with having a hard time picking my favorites, but for now I’ll talk about the 4th path, which includes Therium’s, Alvy’s, and in the future, Scribble’s routes.
I love Scribbles, but it’s a bit cruel how Therium’s and Alvy’s routes are used to set up for him. I can very much see why a lot of people were upset after Alvy’s route.
I am curious (along with wishful thinking) if you’re going to maybe have routes to continue the two. From the looks of it, many people would love to have another chance with Alvy, while I may or may not like to see more of Therium. It would be cool to see if repeating a route even after a time loop would change something, but then again this is wishful thinking.
It is honestly a great visual novel, and I would love to see more of it in the future.

iirc the creator said there wont be a dedicated route for alvy after this (unfortunate ik we all love him so much) but there will be more content for him as a side piece likely focusing on the nsfw stuff i foresee it
Ok honestly going into this i was expecting some sex craved slop vn but i was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed this SO much, Its like if someone turned "Random Bullshit go" into a vn and its honestly amazing, I found it to be way more funny than i had anticipated and im 100% excited to see if there will be a chapter two or not. The story itsself regarding scribbles is a little slow but im fine with that, i love the silly slice of life stuff much more than do whatever omnimous horrors await. 10/10

I don't usually comment on stuff I download and consume on itch but I've been following this visual novel since it came out and I kinda put it off to the side for a year or two. Coming back to it just..wow. Its so incredibly good and the story is something I absolutely adore. Last time I played it I swear it was a joke but after reading through Alfy's route and getting to see a more serious side made me fall ever so in love with it. MoF, dunno if you'd read this, but you did a fantastic job so far regarding world building and making me really anticipate the next release. I wish I was here when Chapter 1 was still being developed! I was so very wrong for putting it off for such a long time. Do not continue reading unless you want to hear some critique and final notes ^^
Now away from the praise and on to some more minor outlying things that I find myself coming back to. (This is my opinion and I will never tell you how to write your own story). I always thought that all the story elements, especially with Tate's route, feels very fast and rudimentary. I like the fact that we see a lot of action in Chapter 1 but so much stuff happens and its a lot to try and understand from a perspective of longevity. Though making the characters end in romance at the end is nice and feels rewarding, it ultimately makes me wonder how the rest of the story is gonna go. I feel like spacing out the characters and forcing you to get to know them more should be encouraged instead of just throwing in a romance after 3 days of knowing people. Its just a slight peeve of mine when it isn't established that you know each other first and then suddenly you fall in love so fast. I think that giving them more things to do and more ways to explore their characters before throwing in the romance would be very nice and give the reader more of a connection.
Now by no means do I say that this is a bad novel! If I were to give it a rating, an 8 out of 10 would be it, given I have personal gripes. I truly love how its shaping up and I cant help but smile even while typing this and getting excited for the next release. I truly recommend anyone new check it out and experience it for yourself if you are just looking through comments and stumble upon this one. I will not be leaving this for another year and will actively follow and support whatever you do! Maybe I'll give that patreon a try haha. But seriously, this is phenomenal and if I find myself spending the entire day going through this over and over looking for additional secrets then you truly have something wonderful here. Thank you for making this novel! Love it!

I really hope we see more of Sam (and the spa) in other routes , that's probably my favourite scene in the game
is the soundtrack on anything to listen to? I really enjoy the background music and would love to listen to it
